Great product
This band does not fit the Forerunner 45. The holes for the screws does not line up, even drilled it one size larger and still doesn't line up. Also the band is 20mm but the mounting point for the strap is 18mm, so you wont be able to put a 20mm band on unless its pins are 18mm.
