Terrible Service

Purchased the watch didn't even last a day. When reported you came up with excuse after excuse as to why you would not refund me. The button fell off and water got into the watch which states it has a 50m depth on shower and it was finished.

The watch was received, however, it does not connect to my phone. I installed the App to connect the watch to the phone but the watch keeps on disconnecting itself
