This type of hearing aid not recommended

Unable to use these hearing aids as they don't fit the ear canal and the shape of the ear, there are no suitable optional ear pads. The screeching noise cannot be eliminated due to the unsuitable fit. I would only recommend the ones that fit behind the ear. I am now stuck with these hearing aids as it is illegal in SA to sell second hand hearing aids.
